Oy. Talk about some serious mommy brain going on. I could've sworn I had already posted on these two already! #TOTALFAIL Without further ado, let's jump right in and meet these two treats from Urban Decay's latest Summer Collection.

The Summer Collection includes: Naked Skin One & Done Skin Perfector (I want this SO bad!), two bronzers (Bronzed and Sunkissed), three Afterglow Highlighters (Sin, Aura and Fireball), a glide-on eye pencil (in Heartless) and waterline pencil (in Walk of Shame.

I have Urban Decay's Beached Bronzer in Bronzed and the Afterglow 8-Hour Highlighter Powder in Sin to show you today!

  • Beach Bronzer in Bronzed - (a matte medium-dark brown) In retrospect, I should've gone for the lighter shade (Sunkissed) in the collection because this is a tid bit too dark for my "fresh-from-winter" skin. That being said, this bronzer is very finely-milled without being chalky, easy to work with and buildable. I personally like my bronzers to be buildable because it's almost daunting when they're super pigmented; like I'm setting myself up for an uneven look! What's your preference?
  • Afterglow 8-Hour Powder Highlighter in Sin - (a light golden champagne) Hands down, y'all. HANDS DOWN. My absolute favorite highlighter right now. It's out there. I've said it and I'm not taking it back (until I find one as awesome as this). This highlighter and my skin are best friends. I will note that this is described as a "sheer" highlighter and that it is not. It's insanely pigmented. The more you apply this onto your face, the more likely you are to blind someone in the right angle of sunlight. I can't say enough good things about this, guys.

Have you tried anything from Urban Decay's Summer Collection? What's your favorite bronzer and highlighter?
