Have you guys tried these little mini sheet cakes from Trader Joes? They are SO freaking good - but they are also the most perfect little dessert to customize for any holiday, birthday, etc. in a pinch! There's a few different flavors out there but our fave is the vanilla bean one.


Easy Spring Trader Joe's Cake

Trader Joe's also has dye-free gummies (and they're pretty dang good, if I do say so myself and I don't even like gummies?) that also tie in whatever season it is. For spring they had apple-flavored grass and butterflies!


You can customize these with gummies, chocolate letters, frosting - the options are endless! Which reminds me...this would be a good cake to customize for Halloween and Christmas. 👀
