Hi everyone! Today I have part two of my butterLONDON collection swatches. This post is the glitters!
My glitter butterLONDON's are: The Black Knight, Knackered and Tart With a Heart
butterLONDON Knackered
"A sheer, twinkling oyster shade flecked with micro glitter particles. This duochrome nail lacquer is sure to please."
Knackered is gorgeous with it's purple/green duochrome and holographic micro glitter.
Gah. SO pretty. These are the lazy girl's instant galaxy nails.
Application is smooth if not a little streaky as is almost all frosty duochromes. I used CG Concrete Catwalk as my base. This polish looks AMAZING over dark colors.
Yeah, I went a little snap-happy but how could you not with this gorgeous color?
butterLONDON Tart With a Heart
"Who says pink glitter nail lacquer can’t be girly AND sexy?! This pale pink parade of glitter carries a dash of grey to tone down the sugar and ramp up the spice. Your nails will love you!"
Tart With a Heart is totally underrated! I feel like this is a must-have in everyone's collection. The glitter is gold with iridescent shimmer, not pink like butterLONDON's description and holy sadkjasds - it's amazing!
This is two coats of Tart With a Heart over butterLONDON Trout Pout.
Pretty, pretty, pretty!
I love this color combo together!
butterLONDON The Black Knight
"A dark dazzler from butter LONDON, this black glitter nail lacquer contains black, pink, blue, and silver suspended in a black base."
butterLONDON is spot-on with the description. I love glitters in a black base!
Three coats gave me almost full opacity. The finish is pretty gritty so I recommend using a top coat. My favorite is HK Girl Top Coat.
I'm usually not a black polish type of girl but I've fallen in love and this has totally changed my mind! I'm part of the dark side now ;)
Which butterLONDON's are your favorite? Are you a solid color kind of girl or do you love your glitter?
butterLONDON, $14.00
Beautiful swatches I just LOVE Butter London!! <3
