I knew in the beginning of September that I wanted to do a fortune teller look for Halloween. Have you guys ever been to a psychic or fortune teller? My mom and I have gone a few times and we've always had fun! I'm not sure if I wholeheartedly believe every single psychic we've been to but I definitely think there are people out there that can see the future; they just don't advertise it. What do you guys think?

 How To Get This Look:

  • Let's get this party started! So for priming, I used the Smashbox Primer Oil. I think I've mentioned it before but I've been loving lightweight oils to prime with lately. For foundation, I used my trusted tarte empowered Hybrid Gel Foundation in Light Sand and then concealed with the ColourPop No Filter Concealer in Light Neutral.
  • For bronzer, I used the benefit Cosmetics Hoola Bronzer and highlighted with Urban Decay's Afterglow Highlighter in Sin.
  • Moving onto the eyes, I started off with my all-time favorite MAC Paint Pot in Painterly as a neutral base. From the Violet Voss Drenched Metals Palette, I used Secret in the crease as well as Frisky. On the lid, I used I'm So Fancy on the outer v  and brought it out to the ends of my eyebrows as well as the inner lid and patted Shade onto the middle. On the lower lash line, I used Frisky and dragged it down with my brush to create streaks of shadow going down my cheeks. I then went in with Dark Desires and dragged that down my cheeks as well. To finish this, I used PUR Cosmetics Fully Charged Mascara and then topped that with House of Lashes in Iconic. Contacts are the Pinky Paradise White Mesh Cosplay (use 50XONOELLE for 50% off - not an affiliate link, just a code I was given to share with my readers!).
  • As for the big "all seeing" eye in the middle, I used some fun, face paints to create it. I first started off with the lightest cream color from the Wolfe FX Skinz Palette (but you can really use any light color) and created an outline of the eyeball. If you can't freehand (like me!), I suggest sketching from an image of one. I'm literally the worst at this so that's why I like outlining it first. Next, I went in with a black paint (or you can use liquid liner) and colored in my pupil and then used the white paint for the rest of the eye. Next, I created the lashes with a dark, dark brown paint (again, you could use liquid liner). After that, I went back to the eye and colored it in, leaving a white box to give that "light in the eye" effect. Lastly, I took that first cream shade I used and created the fold of the eyelid and the lower lash line. Is it the best eye? Probably not. Haha. But I'm proud! It was my first go at it!
  • For lips I used ColourPop Ultra Matte Lipstick in Friday (the best matte black!) with Crystal Ball (how fitting!) on top.
I'll see you guys in my next look! Let me know in the comments what you'd like to see next!
