I'm not a regular mom, I'm a ~*~ghoul~*~ mom. I'm so sorry. I'll see my way out. 😁 Snack boards/charcuterie boards/any type of food board is always a hit around here and is truly one of my favorite things to put together for the kids for a few reasons:
1. We're big snackers!
2. You can use what you have in your fridge or pantry.
3. 9 times out of 10, if it's put together in a fun way, my kids are way more inclined to eat it and/or try new things!
TOMBSTONE SNACK BOARD:
- RIP Tombstone Stoneware Platter ($15) - Beware: it's on the smaller side (11x7) but very cute and well made. It's stoneware so it's heavy and I can definitely see this being used year after year. It's the perfect size for a snack board for little hands (okay, or big ones)!
- green grapes
- Creepy Homemade Rice Krispy Treats
- Sensible Portions Veggie Ghost + Bat Chips
- strawberries
- Pocky (my kids are obsessed with these!)
- popcorn
And that's it! I've seen so many different takes on these snack boards: covering breakfast to a straight up all candy board. I just used what I had at hand and added some of those candy eyes to make things creepy!
