Apparently, I'm sharing alllllll the holiday snacks this week! Snack boards, charcuterie, whatever you want to call them - they are a huge hit around here! I've said it a million times but it's a hill I'll die on: whenever food is presented in a pretty/creative/fun way 15 times out of 10, my kids will eat it.

CHRISTMAS TREE KIDSCHARCUTERIE

Okay. Don't look too close at to the tray, ok? It's so cute but when I went to pull it out of my Christmas stash, it was broken. No one is fessin' so I glued it and we're just going to pretend there isn't a crack.

This snackboard/charcuterie was a HUGE hit, guys. I like to make lay out everything the day of, but I'm pretty sure as long as you seal the tray up really well and refrigerate it, you can make this the night before.

OUR CHARCUTERIE MUST-HAVES:

We went a little tame with this charcuterie, but you can always switch things up, according to your own tastes. My kids love the butter crackers, but you can add a bunch of different ones for more options.

  • Fruits: grapes, strawberries, craisans, blueberries, cranberries, dried apricots, apples, oranges, pears.
  • Meats: salami, pepperoni, prosciutto.
  • Cheeses: oh my gosh - the options are endless here but our faves are: Havarti, cheddar, mozz, pepperjack.
  • Treats: marshmallows, cookies, candies, chocolate, nuts.
  • Optional: jams, marmalades, jellies.
Looking for a theme? Try a breakfast board (eggs, bacon, fruit, waffles) or a sweets board (different types or cookies or candies).
