HEALTHY CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER CUP SKULLS

Behold! The dessert so good, I only had one left to share for pictures. 😆
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of frosted flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Directions:
  1. In a small bowl, melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate together in the microwave. Start at thirty seconds, mix and continue to melt in thirty seconds intervals until fully combined.
  2. Pour about a tablespoon or two into your silicone mold and gently move the melted chocolate around until it has coated the mold. Pop in the freezer (about ten minutes or so).
  3. While the chocolate is in the freezer, mix the peanut butter, frosted flakes and maple syrup together.
  4. Check on the chocolate (about ten minutes will do the trick). If it's solid, take it out and pop a scoop (about one to two tablespoons - again, depending on the size of your mold) of the peanut butter mix into each mold and freeze again.
  5. Once that sets (usually about ten minutes; you just want it to be firm), pour over the leftover melted chocolate into each mold and smooth with a butter knife.
  6. Pop into the freezer one last time for about ten minutes and enjoy!
Out of focus but SO delicious.

The silicone mold is a find from HomeGoods. Love, love, love getting them from there because they're normally cheaper and have a bunch of different options to choose from.
