Have you guys seen these cutie teddy bear cookies that went viral for Valentine's Day? They are the easiest things I have ever made and only take three ingredients and a few minutes to come together. 🧸
TEDDY BEAR COOKIES
Three ingredients: sugar cookie dough, chocolate chip cookie dough and mini chocolate chips!
INGREDIENTS:
- Sweet Loren's Barbie Pink Sugar Cookie Dough (my son made sugar cookie dough for this but I highly recommend anything from Sweet Loren's)
- Sweet Loren's Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough (we had their limited edition Valentine's Day dough for this but again, anything from Sweet Loren's is amazing and this is the closest you can find)
- mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Pre-heat the oven to 325 and let the cookie dough sit out for a few minutes. I like to do this just so it's a little bit more moldable to make into teddy bears.
- Roll the cookie dough pieces from each type of dough in to a ball. Keep two dough balls of each kind to the side for the ears and snout.
- Place them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper, spacing them about an inch between.
- Flatten each one with your palm into a circle.
- Start taking pieces of the dough balls that you put to the side and create ears. I made two small balls and pushed them down on top of the head.
- With the opposite type of dough (ie: if you have a sugar cookie head, you'd use chocolate chip cookie dough for the inner ears and snout), go ahead and make the inner ears and snout.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Once the cookies are cooled, pop the mini chocolate chips in for the eyes and the nose.
- Enjoy!
