Next up on our easy peasy Halloween makeup looks is this...*shudder* cute clown look. Ugh. Seriously, though, can a clown really even be cute? They just - I don't know. They're just creepy no matter how pink and cute you try to make them.

This is another look where you don't really need a costume, per se, but I do think a fun wig and contacts kind of tie the look together. I think I found the wig on Amazon, if I remember correctly. I've had this thing for a few years now. The contacts are from Pinky Paradise, are less than $15 and are incredibly comfy to wear. You can even get them with a prescription, if you need to.

Let's get creep-I mean, cute!

This is a lesson in do as I say, not as I do because I recommend applying your foundation and concealer before starting the outlines. I didn't. And it sucked trying to applying around the outlines. Once you've done that, outline where you want your hearts to go. I used the ColourPop Brow Boss Pencil in Dark Brown and lightly drew "butts" above my eyebrows and v's below my eyes.

At first I was going to paint over the outlines but than I decided I can use that as a way to create depth so I painted directly underneath it, so the outline is now the shadow. Hopefully that makes sense. I used the WolfeFX HydroColor Palette ($30) and mixed the pink with white for a lighter pink color. For the "v" underneath the eye, I went heavier with the white for a gradient look.

After I applied my foundation (total PIA) and went heavy on the blush for that classic clown look, I drew on a pink-to-white nose (gradient like the eyes) and also added a few swipes of white on the hearts. For the lips, I mixed fuchsia and white from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Palette (but I'm sure you could use any old pink) and then took the rest of that white/pink mix from the WolfeFX palette and drew out long clown lips. Is that what they're called? What is the proper terminology for that?

I feel like with the eyes, you can go in whatever direction you'd like. I kept in colorful with the ColourPop x My Little Pony Palette and used random shades from there. I even switched the lid colors with one being orange and one being purple. I finished this look with a light pink cat eye liner!

To complete this look, I just used pink and white paint from the WolfeFX Palette and drew lines down my neck but it's totally optional.

Phew! A little more time consuming than my Gaunt Ghoul look but still completely doable. What do you guys think? Would you rock this look?
